Techno Yoga | Breath of Fire at Basement! 🔥🔥🔥
Breath of Fire (Kapalabhati) is a pranayama technique to channel awareness and release tension in the nervous system. This event, inspired by fire and it's activating qualities, will focus on our inner fire throughout the session and transform our energy with the body 🔥🔥🔥
There will be THREE sessions held at Basement: Enghavevej 42 (Please double check your ticket choice and the time when buying - 17:00, 18:30 & 20:00). The event is a combination of art and sound therapy and we explore our embodiment through a vinyasa yoga practice, focused on the breath and the love of the breath. The playlist is curated by your host and artist Natasha, to fit the concept that we will be exploring together. Let's celebrate this safe space by exploring the genres of Techno blended with our yoga practices! ❤️🔥

Karma yoga is an important part of my yoga practice, so every event I host has a donation to a charity given, so your contribution goes beyond the space as well. Some of the charities include Cry India, Save the Children, a variety of LGBTQ+ charities & local charities depending on the event.
